Do we both need to attend the two consecutive Saturday classes?
Answer
Yes
Both of you have to attend both Saturdays as this program is to prepare the both of you for your marriage.
Are we able to come later or leave early if we have a prior commitment?
Answer
No
You need to arrive on time and stay until the end of each class in order to receive your certificate at the end of the second Saturday. This is to benefit the both of you from getting the most from the classes. We do not make exceptions to this rule regardless if it is for work, school or personal commitment.
If we need to cancel, can we get a refund or register for another class?
Answer
Yes
A full refund is given once we are notified you are unable to attend. You may also transfer your payment to another Living Marriage as a Sacrament class.
I have dietary restrictions. Can I bring my own lunch?
Answer
Yes
You may bring your own lunch for any reason necessary.
What is the notification process for inclement weather?
Answer
We will notify every couple through the email provided on your registration form by 8am on that Saturday if we need to cancel due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstance. With this said, please make sure to provide an email that is checked on a regular basis and one that you have access to on Saturday morning.
What do I do with the certificate of completion we received at the last Saturday session?
Answer
This certificate is to be given to your priest or deacon marrying you in order for them to know you have completed the course. We strongly recommend making a copy for yourself in case it is misplaced.
